Transportation Authority to Auction Vehicles and Buses

Redlands, CA – May 29, 2025 – General Auction Company (GAC), a trusted leader in

contract by the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) to manage the public
auction of surplus vehicles, buses, and fleet assets.
This contract reinforces General Auction Company's reputation as a reliable, full-service auction
provider for public agencies and municipalities across California.

Under the terms of the agreement, GAC will auction decommissioned transit buses, service
vehicles, vans, and other rolling stock on behalf of OCTA. Auctions will be conducted through
online bidding to maximize exposure and bidding activity.
